Inferring
1. How does inferring help you to understand what you're reading?
2. What does it mean when people say that your book gives you context clues that help you to infer?
1. Inferring helps you understand what you read because when you read the book it gives you more information to help you uderstand and to make you infer more and better.
2.When people say the book gives you context clues to help you infer it means that the book is giving you extra info. which also helps you to infer.
Inferring helps me understand what I am reading. This helps because I'm able to relate to the book more. I can do this becaus when you use your schema, you often can relate to things that have happened to you that are in the book. These connections and past expereances will help you infer.
Cotextual clues is where the book gives you extra information or hints that can help you make infrrences.
Well I think it helps by... Because it helps more of understanding what it is about. Like if it is about war. Well you can read a little and then infer and it might help you understand what might happen next. And help understand.
Well like if there was a guy kindav mean or nice. And if he said he was upstairs when the thing happened. Well if you know stuff about people that say something like that when they were in the house where the thing happened. Then it is aclue to help you infer what they could have done. Also like a little wepon they know how to use is like another clue to infer that he killed the peron or something. You will understand about the stuff and will help infer.
1:when you can get inside the readers head you can understand why they did something or said something a little more which gives you a better understanding of the story. 2:it means there are clues in the text and that if you read between the lines you will understand the story more.real life exaample of that is kind of like when you are really good friends with someone. you can read there reactions to certain things and guess what they will do next that way you can ethier change it or encourage it.
#1: I think inferring helps you understand what you read more because you really have to think when you infer. You have to think more because you have to think back on the background knowledge of the book. To be a good reader when you infer you have to use the background knowedge and stuff the book told you about the story to make an good inference.

#1 Inferring is like reading what the author hinted, but didn't write. It gives you an idea of characters emotions and thoughts. It helps us to better understand what we are reading. It also helps progress our reading level. #2 It means that, by using the text and the pictures in the book (the context), you use that to make an inference about what you are reading. You take what you've already seen and read to infer.
#1 Inferring helps you get a better understanding of the text, because you can use the context clues that the text is giving. #2 When people say that your book gives you context clues, that means the book is leaving clues and helps you understand what could happen next, and each clue gives you a better understanding.

Infering whats going to happen gives you something to think about instead of just reading the book. 2.What people mean by the book giving you clues is that pictures and characters actions probaly will give you clues or hints to what might happen later in the book.
